PEAK DECEMBER - JANUARY - $1,400 per week
EASTER 4 NIGHTS - $1,000 or $1,400 per week
ALL OTHER SA SCHOOL HOLIDAYS - $950 per week
OFF PEAK - $750 per week

NIGHTLY (minimum 2) - $225 per night
LONG WEEKEND (minimum 3) - $225 per night

REFUNDABLE BOND - $500
CLEANING CHARGE - $125
